Contract: Part-time (3 days per week, Wednesday–Friday)
CERT Solutions are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive Post 16 setting working with learners with complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who require tailored and nurturing educational support.
We are also open to applications from unqualified teachers and instructors who have strong experience working within SEN.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Post 16 learners with complex needs
- Support students with a range of learning difficulties, communication needs, and additional challenges
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leadership teams
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Track progress and adapt learning plans to meet individual needs
- Promote independence, life skills, and positive outcomes for learners
