CERT Solutions are currently working with a specialist school looking for a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience teaching lessons and is confident taking responsibility for a class when required.
HLTA – Full Time
Location: Erdington
Pay: £110 – £120 per day
Start Date: September
The role:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Delivering engaging lessons across the school
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
- Taking responsibility for classes and groups of pupils
- Working closely with teachers and wider support staff
- Supporting positive behaviour and learning
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous HLTA or teaching experience
- Have experience planning and delivering lessons
- Be confident managing a classroom independently
- Have experience working within an SEN or specialist setting
- Be reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting pupils
