CERT Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting from September.
This is a floating role, meaning you will have the opportunity to work across the different age groups, including Babies, Toddlers and Pre-School. The ideal candidate will be confident adapting to different rooms, supporting children at various stages of their development and working flexibly as part of a wider team.
The role:
- Full-time, 37 hours per week
- Starting in September
- £14.25 per hour
- Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person
- Working with children aged 3 months to 4 years
- Floating across Babies, Toddlers and Pre-School
- Monday to Friday
- Various shift patterns available: 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, 9:30am–5:30pm or 10am–6pm
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have experience working within an Early Years setting
- Be confident working across different age groups
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s development
- Hold Paediatric First Aid training (preferred, but not essential)

CERT Solutions is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to obtain an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS and be required to complete and pass Safeguarding and Prevent training level 2.
