Description
A well-established special school in Erdington is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils aged 4-19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties, sensory impairments and complex medical needs.
The role will involve supporting pupils with communication, sensory activities and personal care where required.
£93 – £100 per day | Full-Time | September 2026
To be considered, you will need:
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
- Previous experience within a SEN, care or healthcare setting.
- A positive and patient attitude.
- Experience supporting pupils with PMLD or severe learning difficulties.
- Strong safeguarding awareness.
