We are currently seeking an ambitious and passionate ECT Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Cradley Heath, taking responsibility for a vibrant and engaging Year 1 class. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to develop their skills within a nurturing environment where professional growth and staff wellbeing are highly valued.
The Role
- Full-time position teaching a Year 3 class.
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor and support pupils’ progress and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
- Term-time only position.

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will achieve QTS before the start date.
- Is an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner.
- Has a passion for primary education and supporting children’s development.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and high expectations for learning and behaviour.
- Is committed to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
