A specialist school in Erdington is looking to appoint a qualified teacher to work with pupils with Autism.
The school supports children and young people with a range of communication and learning needs and is seeking a teacher who can provide structured, engaging and personalised learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ASC or complex needs
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
The Role
- Teaching small class sizes
- Adapting lessons to meet individual needs
- Working alongside therapists, support staff and families
- Supporting both academic and personal development
