Cert solutions are seeking a passionate driven Male SEN TA to start in January 2026 working closely with a year 6 pupil with complex low level needs. Do you have experience with PECS? Are you able to provide consistency with long term commitment with potential to extend after April? Then this role could be for you!
Location: Aston
Salary: £90-£110
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
Type: temp with potential to go long term
YOUR ROLE AND EXPECTATIONS:
- To be comfortable and confident with supporting and shadowing.
- You will assist the pupil in the male changing rooms and with personal care.
- Use PECS appropriately to support limited speech.
- To be a good role model and friend.
- To be calm and engaged to assist the pupils to reach their full potential.
We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications and experience such as:
- Experience in residential, care homes or support work
- Level 2 /3 in childcare or health and social care
We will consider experience in psychology, other paths of education.
