CERT Solutions are working in partnership with a specialist school in Birmingham who require a calm and engaging individual to join their outstanding faculty, this school cares after children with a range of needs from ASD, MLD, SEMH, SLCN and SLD. We are looking for a dedicated SEN TA to work alongside children providing 1:1 support with their learning and care after Feb half term.

- Salary: £90 – £105
- Type: Temp – Perm
- Hours: 8:30 – 3:30
What you’ll do:
- Offer 1:1 support within a classroom environment.
- Work effectively as a team player with educators and staff to contribute to the school’s ethos.
- Create a positive environment where the children feel safe and can thrive.
- Provide tailored support for children dependent on their individual needs.
Key responsibilities
- Confident in providing 1:1 support
- To liaise with other members of the team to understand all relevant needs of each individual.
- Ability to create a positive environment for the children to thrive and feel safe.
