CERT Solutions are looking to meeting candidates ASAP. We are looking for someone for a brilliant specialist secondary school in the Selly Oak area from January. This is a fantastic opportunity to work and support a young boy in KS3 with 1:1 support assisting him in reaching his potential.
Location: Selly Oak
Salary: £90- £105
Type: Temp – perm
Hours: 8:30am- 3:30am
We are looking for someone who….
- Is passionate, calm and engaging.
- Has experience in an SEN setting
- Has Relevant qualifications in either childcare L2/3, health and social care or a care home/ residential/ support work background
- Is familiar with working with children with additional needs such as ASD
Key responsibilities-
- Confident in providing 1:1 support
- To liaise with other members of the team to understand all relevant needs of each individual.
- Ability to create a positive environment for the children to thrive and feel safe.
