CERT Solutions are seeking a passionate SEN TA to work at a wonderful specialist school from January. This is a fantastic opportunity to support key stage 3+4 aged children with additional needs and help them reach their full potential with prospective to offer general support across the school.
Location: Erdington
Start date: Jan 2026
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
Salary: £90- £105
Type: Full Time (potential to go long term)
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE-
- Level 2 or 3 in childcare and or health and social care or
- Experience in support work/ care homes / residential
- Experience with working with children with SEN ( school environment is desirable)

- This specialist school pride themselves on their support and care given to children with a range of needs from ASC to MLD. The school are seeking someone to join their team who is confident in providing 1:1 support and who works well in a team liaising with other staff members to understand the relevant needs of each individual.
