We are looking for a caring, patient, enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our primary schools in Rowley Regis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives and creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs.
- Support children with their learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
- Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
- Help promote independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals.
- Create a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is patient, caring, understanding and approachable.
- Has a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is proactive, flexible and able to use their own initiative.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Has experience supporting children with SEN (desirable, but not essential).
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay.
