CERT Solutions are currently searching for a passionate RE/Citizenship teacher to work in one of our highly regarded secondary schools in Worcestershire area for a November 2026 start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is willing to make an impact on the school’s curriculum and guide students across Key Stage 4 to reach their full potential. This role is part time, 3 days a week.
Key responsibilities of an RE teacher:
- Controlling the classroom and ensuring that the schools behaviour policy is being followed
- Teaching RE to a high standard to students across KS3 and KS4
- Engaging with other members of the team, sharing ideas and contributing towards the RE curriculum
- Create a positive classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing their religious beliefs
Requirements of an RE teacher:
- Right to work in the UK
- Qualified teaching status (QTS)
- A relevant degree related to RE
- DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
