Cert Solutions are seeking a reliable and passionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school within the Moseley area after February half term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about helping to guide and support children as they grow and who is looking to be able to showcase their true capabilities.

Location: Moseley

Type: Temp to perm

Hours: 8:30 – 3:30

Salary: £170 – £200

The ideal Candidate:

  • Will hold a QTS.
  • Will have experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Will be patient, empathetic and committed to inclusive education.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • ECTs with a passion for SEN are welcome to apply.

The role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SLD and some additional sensory, communication or health needs.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents and external professionals.
  • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to support EHCPS.
