CERT Solutions are searching for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant!
We are proud to be working with a leading primary school in Erdington, who are seeking a passionate individual to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis starting in September 2024.
The role will involve working closely with a child in Year 3 who has Autism and requires 1:1 support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting or SEN School.
- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
