Description
CERT Solutions are supporting a special school in Aldridge who are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September. The school caters for pupils aged 13-18 with severe learning difficulties, speech and language needs and Autism Spectrum Condition.
Working within small classes, you will support 8-10 pupils through sensory learning, communication-based activities and personalised interventions.
£93 – £105 per day | Full-Time | September 2026
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Have previous experience within a special school or similar setting.
- Be confident supporting pupils with ASC and communication difficulties.
- Demonstrate a calm, patient and nurturing approach.
- Be committed to helping children reach their full potential.
This is a full-time role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
