CERT Solutions are currently working in partnership with a large and well-established Multi Academy Trust, supporting a number of primary schools across the Stafford area. Due to an increasing demand for cover, the Trust is looking to appoint enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers for both day-to-day and long-term assignments.
Whether you’re looking for the flexibility of daily supply or the consistency of a longer-term placement, we can offer opportunities to suit your experience and availability.
The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of welcoming primary schools within the Trust. Responsibilities may include:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range
- Following school plans and ensuring continuity of learning
- Managing classroom behaviour positively and effectively
- Creating a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
- Providing feedback to the class teacher and/or school leadership where required
