Cert solutions are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to work at a wonderful school after February half term. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your ability as an educator.
The Role:
As a Class Teacher, you will lead a small group of pupils (10-12 pupils) with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). You will deliver a highly tailored, sensory-based curriculum dedicated on communication, independence, and life skills.

We welcome applications from both experienced SEN specialists and mainstream teachers with a genuine passion for SEND.
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory for state-maintained settings.
- Evidence of commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to lead a classroom team.
- A high level of patience, empathy, and resilience.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a special school or specialist unit.
- Knowledge of Early Years principles.
