Description
CERT Solutions are looking for a strong teacher to work in a mainstream school based in Erdington. As part of this role you will be working alongside an unqualified teacher with students who can show challenging behaviours.
Qualified Teacher Status is a must as well as being calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every child to reach their potential.
Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN environment would be desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.
Essential:
- QTS
- Experience of working with pupils with SEN, particularly ASC
- Experience of working with pupils with challenging behavior
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay.
