Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential? CERT Solutions are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work with one of our schools in Great Barr and others in surrounding areas.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEN
- Supporting pupils within small groups
- Helping children access and engage with their learning
- Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, behavioural needs and learning difficulties
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff
- Providing a calm, consistent and nurturing presence throughout the school day
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay.
