CERT Solutions are excited to be working with a large, well-established Multi-Academy Trust across the West Midlands, who are searching for staff for their schools in South Birmingham. We’re looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our ever growing team.
We have a range of opportunities available across schools within the Trust, including General Teaching Assistant and SEN Teaching Assistant positions.

Qualifications & Experience
Ideally, you will hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent Level 3 childcare/education qualification.
We will also consider candidates with:
- Relevant childcare or education qualifications
- Previous experience working in schools or educational settings
- Experience supporting children or young people
- SEN experience
- Relevant transferable experience, such as youth work or care/support work
SEN experience is particularly desirable for our SEN TA vacancies, although requirements will vary between schools and individual roles.
