CERT Solutions are working with a large primary school in Harborne, Birmingham, who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join their team.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to pupils, helping them reach their full potential both academically and socially. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, with opportunities for both general classroom support and 1:1 SEN roles.
Typical duties include:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Supporting children with additional needs on a one-to-one or small group basis
- Helping maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Preparing learning materials and supervising activities
- Promoting good behaviour and emotional wellbeing
About You
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Passionate about education and supporting young learners
- Patient, caring, and adaptable
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Ideally experienced in a classroom or SEN setting (though training can be provided)
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant subject
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
