CERT Solutions are a trusted education supply agency seeking experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. We work with a range of welcoming primary schools across Harborne, Selly Oak, Edgbaston, Bournville, and nearby areas who are looking for staff throughout the academic year.
We have a variety of flexible opportunities available to start immediately or in January 2026, including:
- General Classroom Teaching Assistant positions
- SEN Teaching Assistant roles supporting pupils with additional needs
- Full-time and part-time placements
- Short-term, long-term, and potential temp-to-perm roles
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils with their learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Providing one-to-one or small group interventions
- Assisting the class teacher with daily routines and classroom management
- Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children with SEND (if applying for SEN roles)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (school-based or transferable experience)
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 Qualification
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
- SEN experience is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to travel to Harborne, Selly Oak, and surrounding areas
