CERT Solutions are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join a welcoming and inclusive school based in Sutton Coldfield. This full-time role starts immediately after May half term, offering a fantastic opportunity to support students in reaching their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional needs
- Assist in delivering tailored interventions and classroom activities
- Support teaching staff in maintaining an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting confidence and independence
- Monitor progress and help implement EHCP strategies where necessary
About You:
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine desire to help children succeed both academically and emotionally
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
