We welcome ECTs who have experience in special school settings and are confident working with students with Autism, complex needs, Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties, and associated behavioural needs.
Requirements:
- SEN teaching experience (within a special school is essential)
- QTS is desirable but not essential for the right experience
- A flexible and proactive approach to classroom teaching
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs
