CERT Solutions is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teacher with SEN experience to work across schools in Erdington. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils, adaptable in their approach and looking for either short-term supply, long-term or full-time work.
The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons while ensuring pupils receive the support and guidance they need to succeed. You may be working across a range of year groups and school settings, with a particular focus on supporting children and young people with SEN.
We are looking for someone who is:
- QTS qualified and able to teach in UK schools
- Experienced working with pupils with SEN
- Confident managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Adaptable and able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding
- Passionate about helping children achieve their potential
- Available for supply, long-term or full-time work
