We are a thriving and inclusive school in the heart of Walsall, committed to ensuring that every child achieves their full potential, regardless of the barriers they may face. We are now seeking a dedicated, organised and highly skilled SENCO to join our leadership team from September 2025.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the provision for pupils with SEND across the school.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents/carers and external agencies.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure inclusion and progress for all learners.
- Oversee EHCPs, assessments, interventions and review processes.
- Champion high expectations and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS.
- Hold or be working towards the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO).
- Proven experience of working with children with a range of additional needs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for inclusion
