CERT Solutions are looking for flexible SEN TA’s to support a variety of special schools across Birmingham on a day-to-day supply basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in new environments, is open to working with a range of needs including Autism, MLD, SLD, and complex needs and is open to the new challenges of new environments.
Salary: £90 – £105
Location: Birmingham
Type: Day to day
Hours: 8:30 – 3:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual support to a designated student
- Assist with classroom activities and adapt materials to meet the child’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor progress
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or education.
- Flexible and adaptable to different school settings.
- DBS on the update service (or willing to process one.)
