Description
CERT Solutions are working alongside a SEN School in Oldbury who are seeking to take on strong, reliable and qualified candidates on a permanent basis.
For this role you MUST have had experience working with pupils with additional needs previously. You will be working with pupils with various needs such as ASC, ADHD, Challenging Behaviour, and Complex needs. This role will require an element of personal care.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering small group or one to one catch up sessions
- Supporting pupils according to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons
Essential Requirements:
- Recent and relevant experience in an education setting
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
