We are currently working with a lot of wonderful settings near Handsworth that are looking for qualified/experienced support staff across primary, secondary and post 16. Level 2/Level 3 or higher qualifications all accepted!
A learning support role will see you supporting students who have a range of special educational needs, (some roles are more complex than others so we will always ask what needs you specialise in to ensure you are comfortable).
The positions available are full time, however we have other local settings in the area that are also looking for flexible supply staff, to support internal staff absences on a week by week basis.

What we need from you as a candidate:
- Available full time Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30 to work as part of a team via CERT Solutions
- You are able to start work ASAP – the school may wait for the right candidate
- You hold a L2, L3 or higher qualification in (supporting teaching and learning, education, childcare, health & social care etc)
- Experience supporting in UK schools (or nurseries and residential childcare) with references required
- Full enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply at cost of yourself)
- Worked with SEN students previously (within mainstream or within special education)
