CERT Solutions are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping students develop life skills, social understanding, and independence. Working in a special school with secondary-aged pupils who have MLD, Autism and social communication needs, you’ll play a key part in helping learners prepare for life beyond the classroom.

In this role, you’ll:
- Support pupils in functional subjects like cookery, money and travel training
- Help promote independence, routine and confidence
- Deliver practical and engaging support under teacher guidance
- Be a positive, steady role model every day
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in SEN or alternative provision
- Passion for life skills education
- Positive, practical and proactive personality
- Relevant childcare or support qualification preferred
