CERT Solutions are currently recruiting a reliable, honest, and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to support our partner primary schools in Halesowen starting after Easter.
The school have openings for full and part time positions.
This role is ideal for a teaching assistant with experience supporting children with special educational needs who is confident working in a variety of primary school or secondary school settings and understands the demands of SEN support.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience supporting children with a range of SEN needs
- Be confident assisting with pre-planned lessons and maintaining classroom routines
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and a calm, engaging approach
- Be honest, dependable, and reliable in all professional responsibilities
- Be flexible and professional for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term placements
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
