Cert solutions are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN teacher to join a supportive and inclusive setting in Erdington after February half term. This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to making a real difference to children with special educational needs and truly showcase their skillset.
Salary: £170 – £200
Location: Erdington
Type: Part time
Hours: 8:30 – 3:30
The Role:
- Deliver tailored engaging lessons to pupils with a range of SEN needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets.
- Work closely with professionals.
- Monitor progress and contribute to feedback/reports/reviews where possible.
The ideal candidate:
- Will hold a QTS.
- Will have experience working with SEN children within a specialist setting.
- Will have strong behaviour management skills.
- Will have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Will hold a clear DBS.
