CERT Solutions are working alongside a special school in Oldbury. This school are seeking someone who will be able to work full time and complete the full class teacher role. There will be marking, planning and prep that comes with this role and a successful candidate will need to be confident in delivering all of the requirements for this.
This is a full time, term time only role. As this is working in a SEN school, we need to ensure that any suitable candidates are of the understanding that they will need to commit to the role during term time. You must have had previous experience working in a SEN school setting.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering small group or one to one catch up sessions
- Supporting pupils according to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons
Essential Requirements:
- Recent and relevant experience in an education setting
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Suitable for ECT’s
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
