CERT Solutions are working on behalf of a special school near the Aston area that supports pupils with autism and complex needs. They are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team full time from after October half term, with the role running until January 2026 – and the potential for a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.
You’ll be teaching a small KS3 class, working alongside skilled support staff in a nurturing, structured environment where your SEN expertise will be highly valued.
📍 Location: Near Aston, Birmingham
📅 Start Date: After October Half Term 2025
🕒 Type: Full-time | Until January 2026 (Temp to Perm Opportunity)
💷 Pay: £170 – £230 per day (PAYE)
In this role, you’ll:
- Teach and support a KS3 class with Autism and Complex Needs
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual learning styles
- Work closely with teaching assistants and therapists
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment
What we’re looking for:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
- Special school experience is a must
- Strong understanding of Autism and Complex Needs
- Someone confident in classroom and behaviour management
- A nurturing and patient teacher who’s passionate about SEN
