CERT Solutions are on the look out for an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for making a difference to join a specialist primary school in Sutton Coldfield, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism and PMLD.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding and varied position where you will work closely with children who require tailored support to thrive in a nurturing environment. You’ll assist with personal care, communication support, and sensory activities—helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential
- Experience working with SEN – particularly PMLD and Autism
- A proactive, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with personal care and supporting physical needs
