CERT Solutions are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Support Specialist to join a specialist Autism-focused school in Birmingham full-time from after October half term. This role is ideal for someone with solid special school experience and a passion for supporting pupils with Autism in KS2. In this role, you’ll:
- Support pupils with Autism and complex communication needs
- Provide 1:1 and group support in the classroom
- Help students regulate and access learning
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to provide the best outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- Special school experience is essential
- A relevant childcare qualification is required
- A full-time, committed support specialist
- Someone with a calm, proactive, and autism-aware approach
