Cert solutions are looking for a flexible and dedicated SEN supply teacher to work part time in a specialist school in Erdington. The role is ideal for an experienced SEN Teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and is looking for flexible part time work.

Salary: £170
Hours: 8:30 – 3:30
Type: Part time
About the role:
You will be covering planned and short notice absences, delivering engaging lessons and providing consistent support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver and adapt lessons to meet a range of SEN needs.
- Create a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Manage behaviour using positive and constant strategies.
The ideal candidate:
- Will have a QTS
- Will have experience with SEN pupils
- Will be adaptable, patient, and confident in different setting.
- Will have strong behaviour management skills.
- Will be flexible and positive.
