CERT Solutions have officially opened their recruitment for SEN Day-to-Day Supply Teachers ahead of the January 2026 term. We’re looking to connect with qualified teachers who have previous experience in special school or SEN settings, and who are available for flexible, day-to-day cover work across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
You’ll be supporting pupils with a wide range of needs including Autism, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH, across both primary and secondary SEN schools.
📍 Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas
📅 Start Date: January 2026
🕒 Type: Flexible | Day-to-day cover
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide short-term or daily cover across SEN classes
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in nurturing, well-resourced settings
- Work with experienced support staff
- Support pupils with diverse needs in engaging and meaningful ways
What We’re Looking For:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Previous experience in a special school environment
- Flexible availability – from 1 day per week up to 5
- Passion for working with children with additional needs
