We are currently looking for a passionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Brierley Hill on a full-time basis.
In this rewarding role, you will be supporting pupils with a range of complex and varied additional needs, working closely with them to encourage their academic, social and personal development.
The role includes:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 and small-group support where required
- Supporting pupils with a range of complex SEN needs
- Helping pupils work towards and achieve their individual academic targets
- Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Working closely with teachers and other professionals to provide consistent support
- Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence and engagement in learning
