A welcoming and well-resourced special school in East Birmingham is seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 1 class of pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and EHCPs, aged between 2 and 11 years old.
The Role:
You’ll be working closely with experienced teachers to support the learning and development of young children with additional needs. The role will focus on building trusting relationships, encouraging engagement, and using creative strategies to support progress. You’ll play a key role in helping to shape a positive, structured environment for pupils who benefit from consistent and nurturing support.

- Role: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant
- Class: KS1 (students with ASC and EHCPs)
- Daily Rate: £90
- Age Range: 2–11 years
