We are currently working with a fantastic SEND setting in the Stechford area, seeking a full-time class teacher from September 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of complex needs and contributing to a positive and forward-thinking school environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working with children with SEND in early years, primary or special school settings
- Be flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to meeting the diverse needs of all learners
- Be an effective communicator who can work in partnership with pupils, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Be reliable, punctual and focused, with high expectations of themselves and others
- Be open to learning new skills and committed to ongoing professional development
- Be an excellent team player and role model who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Ideally hold QTS (but experienced unqualified teachers will also be considered)
