Cert Solutions are looking for a dedicated SEMH TA to join a supportive school setting and make a real difference every day.

Start Date: After Feb Half Term ASAP
Hours: 8:30 – 3:30
The Role
As an SEMH teaching assistant you will:
- Support pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small- group basis.
- Help students manage behaviour, emotions and social interactions.
- Work closely with teachers, SEN staff and external professionals.
- Create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment.
- Encourage positive behaviours, engagement and emotional regulation.
- The ideal candidate will be:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEN or challenging behaviour
- Calm, patient and resilient.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
