CERT Solutions are working with a selection of secondary schools in the Kidderminster area who require support on a day to day basis, short and long term cover. Therefore, we are looking for teachers who can support our clients in this area.
The roles that we offer are perfect for teachers looking for flexible work on a day to day basis. or for those who want short term cover. Moreover, we do offer long term and perm opportunities too, especially with September in view, perm roles will be an option!
Pay:
Our staff are paid via PAYE between £170 and £220 per day depending for daily cover.
For long term roles, teachers are paid to scale from day one MPS1 – UPS3 (£162 – £251 per day PAYE) depending on your current pay grade
What you’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Supportive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive academically and personally.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to contribute to the school’s vibrant academic community.
- Be a mentor and guide for students, nurturing their curiosity
Requirements:
- A recognized teaching qualification (Bachelor’s in Education, PGCE, or QTS or QTLS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a drive to continually improve teaching practices.
- Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting.
