CERT Solutions is partnering with an elite tutoring provider in Solihull to recruit high-caliber tutors for high-achieving GCSE students.
Our client works with ambitious, grammar-school-level students who are already academically strong. The focus of this tuition isn’t basic subject delivery—it is targeted exam mastery, high-level technique, and helping these students secure top grades to maintain a 100% exam pass rate.
Role Overview & Flexible Hours

Location: Solihull (In-person) & Online options available

Saturday In-Person Tuition: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Online Evening Tuition: From 5:30 PM onwards (Flexible weekdays/evenings)

Target Group: High-ability GCSE students (predominantly grammar school pupils)

Focus: Advanced exam technique, mark scheme precision, time management, and high-grade strategy
What We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent extensive secondary teaching experience.

Grammar School Experience: Strongly preferred or a proven background working with high-ability/high-attaining students.

Flawless Subject Knowledge: Deep familiarity with current GCSE exam board specifications (AQA, Edexcel, OCR).

High Standards: Passionate about pushing high-achieving students from good grades to top-tier performance (Grades 7–9).

Enhanced DBS Check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
