Description
A lovely school in Dudley is seeking a hardworking, caring and reliable caretaker to work within a SEN school setting.
The successful candidate must:
- Ensure the high level of security is maintained in school in order to protect the children and school.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming site through a process of regular cleaning and routine with scheduled maintenance of the building, grounds fixtures and fittings.
The candidate must have:
- Awareness and understanding of relevant health and safety issues and manual handling
- Experience with handling with the general public and contractors
- Experience of using basic power tools and other equipment to make repairs and improvements.
- Experience in maintaining a safe and clean external environment e.g/ gritting carparks and walkways on site
