CERT Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Yardley for an experienced School Administrator to join their office team.

This is a busy and varied role, ideal for someone with prior school administration experience who is confident using ARBOR and enjoys being the first point of contact in a school environment.

The hours for this role would be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. This is also a long term role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing pupil admissions and maintaining accurate records
  • Using the ARBOR Management Information System on a daily basis
  • Answering and directing telephone calls and welcoming visitors
  • Supporting with school newsletters and letters to parents
  • General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Providing effective support to senior leaders, staff, parents, and pupils

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a school office
  • Strong working knowledge of ARBOR (essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, approachable, and confident manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment
