CERT Solutions are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Tyseley who are seeking three Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support for pupils in Reception with SEND needs.
The school require Level 3 Qualified Staff with experience of working with children who have Autism and ADHD.
These roles are all full time, Monday to Friday (8.30 – 3.40) and would be long term for the right candidate starting in September 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to Reception pupils with additional needs
- Assist with classroom routines, emotional regulation, and social interaction
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement learning plans
- Monitor and report progress
Requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning (essential)
- Experience supporting children with SEND in EYFS (desirable)
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
