The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
– A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
– Previous experience in a special school setting, working with pupils with severe and complex needs
– A full or part-time availability and a proactive, nurturing approach
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
