CERT Solutions are working with a large primary school in Harborne who are searching for a flexible PPA Teacher to join their team after the Easter holidays.

The role would require the teacher to provide PPA cover across Key Stage 2 classrooms. The successful candidate will deliver pre-planned, engaging and high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning while class teachers are released for planning, preparation, and assessment.

This full time long term role will run until the end of the academic year in July, with potential to continue into the new academic year in Septemeber.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS2 classes
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
  • Provide feedback on pupil progress where appropriate

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching within KS2
  • Be flexible, organised, and confident working across year groups
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
  • Be committed to supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing
