CERT Solutions are working with a lovely two-form entry primary school in Aston who are looking for a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term role, covering classes across the whole school—from Early Years through to Year 6.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, experienced in multiple classrooms and have the ability to deliver pre-planned materials to a high standard.

- A qualified teacher (QTS essential)
- Strong classroom management and adaptability across age groups
- Passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting a variety of learning styles
- Commitment to contributing to a positive school culture and team ethos
In This Role, You Will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across all primary key stages
- Ensure continuity of learning in teachers’ absence for PPA time
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Support the school’s vision and values
